1. Collection Only

Fireworks @ Mac’s Books operates as a collection-only business.
All online orders must be collected in person from our store in Fordsburg.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the flammable and regulated nature of fireworks, returns are strictly controlled under South African law.

We will only accept returns or exchanges if:

The product is defective, damaged, or faulty when collected.

The product packaging is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

The return is made within 7 days of purchase and is accompanied by a valid receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Fireworks that have been used, ignited, or altered

Products showing signs of tampering or damage after collection

Fireworks affected by improper storage, heat, or moisture after leaving our premises

4. Refunds

If a return is approved, the customer may choose a replacement product or a refund via the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

5. Safety Notice

All customers are expected to comply with national and local fireworks regulations.
Fireworks @ Mac’s Books will not be liable for accidents, misuse, or injury caused by improper handling of fireworks.
